To jump start your body, go for some fiber. It’ll fill you up and keep you from feeling hungry later in the day. Feel free to use our checklist to make sure you’re getting what you need to hum through the day at ease.

  • carb (toast, muffin, oatmeal)
  • fruit
  • protein (egg whites, canadian bacon, soy)
  • juice or milk
  • water
  • multi-vitamin

You can always spice things up with cheeses, butter or jams but like most good things, moderation.
