With the new decade revving on all cylinders, it seems the first major hairstyle is already in the limelight. MTV’s hit reality show “The Jersey Shore” introduced the mass media to the blowout. Don’t give all the credit Pauly D, while he has perfected the art he is by no means the originator of this future classic hairstyle.
